Strength & Conditioning
The Semi Personal Small Group classes at EDIT are designed to help you move better and feel healthier, fitter and stronger. Each program is modified and customised for your training level irrespective if you are newbie or an expert. Our program and our EDIT community will constantly challenge, motivate and encourage you to bring out the best in you.
At EDIT we ideally recommend minimum of 3 sessions per week. Before you enrol for the program, you will undergo a detailed evaluative session to determine your current fitness and
strength levels. Based on your evaluation session and fitness goals, our coaches will modify your program. Every session at EDIT is led from start to end by coaches and each small group will be in the 5 : 1 client to coach ratio. Our coaches will not only tell you, but also show you how to correctly execute each and every exercise every class.
Each of our classes are 1 hour long and start with a warmup section that includes foam rolling and active stretching followed by strength circuits with focus on big compound movements like squats, bench press, deadlifts etc and end the session with conditioning workouts and cool down exercises.
