The Semi Personal Small Group strength classes at EDIT are designed to help you move better and feel healthier, fitter and stronger. Each program is modified and customised for your training level irrespective if you are newbie or an expert. Classes are offered 6 days a week both in the morning and evening.Â
Sports Performance Programs
At EDIT, Sports Performance Training is meant to enhance your overall athleticism and prepare you for the challenges that your sport presents. It’s all about conditioning your body for the activities you’ll be doing on the playing field. Whether your sports require elite agility, explosive power, coordination or brute strength your training regimen will include workouts to see improvements in these areas.
Nutritional Coaching
Edit Nutrition is a Nutrition Coaching platform offering one on one and virtual nutrition coaching services to clients worldwide, our goal being helping people lead sustainable lifestyles.
Our nutrition philosophy aims at a non-restrictive macronutrient based approach where no food is eliminated (unless you have food allergies), and educating people achieve nutrient dense diet, proper digestion, happy gut, blood sugar balance, hormone and menstrual health and balancing stress.
Online Training
The Virtual Group and Personal Training classes at EDIT are designed to help you move better and feel healthier, fitter and stronger. Each program is modified and customised for your training level irrespective if you are newbie or an expert. The classes can be attended from the safety and convenience of your home with almost minimal equipments required.
