Regardless of how long they have been a part of the team, our coaches set the standard for the field of strength and conditioning, nutritional coaching, and relationship building. From our oldest coach to our newest addition, we are sure you will be in great hands from start to finish.

Vimal, founder of Edit Hybrid Fitness and Little Spartans is a certified fitness and nutrition coach with over 25 years of experience in Football, Table Tennis and Martial Arts at National and International Level. He serves as a motivator, life coach, friend and a teacher to help his clients live better lives. Vimal has helped children, adults, older adults and athletes of all levels achieve their goals and improve their performance. Vimal is ACE-CPT, NASM-PES and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified, as well as a Martial Artist with black belt in Karate, Kung Fu and Tai Chi and a national football and table tennis player.

Arthy was a national level swimmer who represented Tamil Nadu in various national level swimming competitions before turning into a strength coach. She joined Edit in February 2021 and currently she serves as one of the senior strength coaches at Edit. Even though she is a competent strength coach, her biggest strength is her ability to connect with and motivate people and help them achieve their goals while also ensuring that the centre is running properly.

Sukinesh was an engineer working in an IT firm when he realised that his actual passion was fitness. He wanted to move his body in all possible ways which made him to venture into all kinds of fitness sports like Triathlon, Gymnastics, lifting, Climbing , silambam, marathon ..etc. Finally he found his niche to be in Calisthenics. Apart from that he is also currently training to be a professional MMA fighter. Sukinesh joined Edit in July 2021 and is currently one of the senior coaches for the morning batches.

Sukinesh is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has been a strength coach for 3+ years. He believes in the concept of "Move better to Live Better" and preaches the same with love and care over the Clients.

Mani a strength coach with 6 years of experience is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer along with certifications in Speed Agility and Quickness training and Overcoming Mental Toughness Certifications who is also currently pursuing youth exercise specialisation and performance enhancement specialisation. Mani joined Edit in August of 2021 and is currently a senior Coach who also helps run the centre smoothly in the evenings. Currently apart from conducting strength classes for Adults, Mani has also started conducting performance enhancement training for children and teens also.

Preethi has a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Preethi is a Healthcare Consultant and an avid Fitness Enthusiast. She embarked on her fitness journey in a quest to lose weight and having discovered the changes that an active lifestyle can bring about, Preethi now helps people get stronger and fitter by pursuing fitness as a profession. Preethi strongly believes in body positivity and helps people with behaviour modification and lifestyle interventions for holistic fitness. She joined Edit as a coach in July 2020 and has been conducting online classes since COVID times. She is a certified Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach, an Animal Flow Instructor and Pre and Post Natal Coach

Jayaveena After competing in the competitive swimming for 15 years and winning 2 international medals for the country and setting numerous national records, she chose nutrition as her academic career. Jayaveena has a Masters in  Nutrition and Dietitics. with experience in Sports, Fitness and hospital setting. Jayaveena firmly believes that one's health largely depends on lifestyle, nutrition, psychological state, and genetics, with nutrition being one of the important contributors to determine if we are consuming the right amount and combination of foods that can fuel the body from basic functions to performance enhancement.

Gayathri has a bachelors in Computer Science Engineering, Gayathri was working in an IT firm before joining Edit Fitness as a client. From a young age, she has always appreciated people who were fit and her view of fitness changed after she joined Edit, post her pregnancies. Now after quitting her IT career, she is a full time Strength and  Nutrition coach, helping people to get strong, make right food choices based on their goal and lifestyle and to gain confidence post pregnancies.

Kotteswaran is an accredited ASCA Elite L2 S&C Coach who has been working in the fitness industry for 10 years, working with both the general population and elite level athletes. He was a Senior Athletic Performance Coach specialising in strength and power at the Centre for Sports Science. He is currently a High Performance Coach specialising in a wide area of sports including Football, Skating, Tennis, Badminton, Swimming, Shooting, Cricket and Rowing. He currently heads the Athletic training program training international and national athletes at Edit.

Prem is a strength coach with over 7 years of experience in conducting personal group strength training sessions. Prem has a PG in Obesity and Weight Management from Tamil Nadu sports University and is also NASMcertified in Speed, Agility and Quickness Training.

Bhaskar, a Judoka has had a Judo career spanning more than 15 years and has secured medals in several district, state and national level tournaments. For the past 12 years he has worked as strength and conditioning coach for Tamil Nadu Judo Team as well as specialising in rehabilitation and corrective exercises. Bhaskar is a ASCA Level 1, ISSA Certified and FMS Level 1 certified coach who has been working at Edit since June 2022 and is the specialised rehab strengthening coach.

Umar is an crossfit and MMA Athlete who has participated in various international and national competitions. Umar currently teaches boxing classes at Edit specialising in making boxing an effective as well as fun exercise tool for fitness.
