Virtual Strength Training
The Virtual Group and Personal Training classes at EDIT are designed to help you move better and feel healthier, fitter and stronger. Each program is modified and customised for your training level irrespective if you are newbie or an expert. Our program and our EDIT community will constantly challenge, motivate and encourage you to bring out the best in you.
The classes can be attended from the safety and convenience of your home with almost minimal equipments required. For effective strength workouts you just need some dumbells and
resistance bands. Even if you don't have access to those, you can still get a really good workout using common household items like water bottles and backpacks etc.
Each of our classes are 1 hour long taken live by qualified coaches and start with a warmup section that includes foam rolling and active stretching followed by strength circuits with focus on big compound movements like squats, bench press, deadlifts etc and end the session with conditioning workouts and cool down exercises.
