• All our fitness memberships, programs, and nutrition plans are delivered digitally (via email, app, or portal). No physical shipping is involved.

Merchandise (if applicable)

• Any fitness merchandise or equipment purchased through our website will be shipped within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

Exchange & Returns

• Digital products (plans, subscriptions) are non-returnable.

• Physical items may be exchanged if defective/damaged, reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
