What Happens in EDIT Bootcamp Class
WARM UP
Every session starts with a dynamic active warm-up to activate the muscles in your body
CARDIO
Walking, Jogging, or Skipping done at your own pace based on your fitness levels
Strength Training
Total body workouts done using body weights or kettlebells customised to your fitness levels
FUN GAMES
Finish the session with some short fun fitness games that makes you long for more

Bootcamp classes are held at Edit Sports Arena Turf.
Days: Monday - Saturday.
